Aluminum veneer is a new type of environmentally friendly building material that has developed vigorously in recent years. Because of its acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, UV resistance, long service life, etc., it is widely used in exterior wall decoration. As the aluminum veneer is installed on the exterior wall as a curtain wall, it needs to experience wind, sun and rain. Today, aluminum veneer manufacturers will introduce how to avoid unnecessary corrosion of curtain wall aluminum veneers:
1. During the construction of the aluminum veneer curtain wall device, since the maintenance tape of the aluminum veneer profile was not maintained, the corners of the profile were knocked off due to transfer during the construction process. This abnormality should be avoided in the construction of the aluminum curtain wall Corrosion phenomenon, the maintenance of aluminum veneer curtain wall profiles is particularly important. During the manufacturing process, care should be taken to avoid the appearance of the profile coating. Before making aluminum suspended ceiling products, they should be wrapped with maintenance tape on the outer frame before being hit or scratched. After the equipment is installed, people should be prevented from stepping on the wall. When scaffolding is needed, wood and other materials should be used to maintain the curtain wall frame.
2. Corrosion of curtain walls with abnormal appearance, the direction of corrosion is long-term water seepage and partial wetting. Therefore, the construction process of aluminum veneer curtain wall needs to be waterproof and moisture-proof. The gap between the aluminum veneer curtain wall frame and the wall opening should generally be made of soundproof, moisture-proof, and non-corrosive materials, such as polyurethane PH foam joint filler. If cement mortar is used to fill the gap, waterproof mortar should be used, and the use of seawater is prohibited. Sand is used as a waterproof mortar.
3. For abnormal corrosion, we suggest that the wall construction mortar should not use sea sand as much as possible. If it needs to be cleaned with water, clean it according to gbt14684-2001 construction sand. During the construction process, the chloride ion should be reduced to less than 0.06%. Anti-corrosion measures should be taken for the contact part of the curtain wall aluminum veneer profile and the wall opening. Usually anti-collision, waterproof and other measures can play the role of anti-corrosion. Asphalt coating is also a feasible method.
4. When fluorocarbon aluminum veneer construction is handed over, the profiles should be cleaned, the curing film paper should be removed, and the cement and lime mortar attached to the surface of the profiles during wall construction should be removed. Normally, neutral detergents are used to remove dust. Fiber brushes can also be used to remove attached dust, and dust sandpaper and steel wire balls should not be used for sanding.
