Aluminum veneer specifications
Width direction: After the aluminum veneer raw materials of general aluminum plate manufacturers enter the factory, the commonly used width varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, and most of them are 1.5 meters to 2.4 meters and wider. The use width of aluminum veneer should be preferred to 1.5m and below, because the price of this specification is the lowest and the delivery cycle is the shortest. The board width not only increases the price, but as the size increases, its deformability also increases, which is likely to cause the deformation of the workpiece surface and the instability after installation.
Length direction: Generally, the maximum length of bending equipment is 6m. It is not recommended to process aluminum veneer workpieces with a length greater than 6m.
2Determination of plate seam between aluminum veneer
The building curtain wall can have a certain displacement ability according to the main structure, so the aluminum veneer splicing between the curtain wall panels often adopts the joint treatment. The aluminum veneer facade of the curtain wall is separated into separate panels by seams and installed separately. The seam processing is mainly in the form of slitting, rubber, stopper, etc. The layout of the seam is determined by the size of the partition.
2.1 The width of the board seam depends on the visual effect, installation process, sealing requirements, etc.
Visually, the width of the seam should be the same or similar to the architectural style. If the seam is too small, it is easy to cause installation difficulties, and the sealant is insufficient due to expansion and tearing; if the amount of seam sealant is too large, it is easy to foam. At present, the most common aluminum veneer glue joint is 8mm～18mm.
2.2 The seam depth is generally greater than the folded length of the aluminum plate, but it should also be designed reasonably.
When the seam is shallow, it should be considered whether the minimum rubber thickness required by the specification is met, and whether rubber strips can be installed. When the board seam is deep, the use range of the installation tool should be considered. The specific depth needs to be determined in combination with the actual installation form and conditions.
2.3 Interference factors, installation sequence, installation tools and craftsmanship should also be considered in the setting of board seams.
3 Folding aluminum veneer
The "Metal and Stone Curtain Wall Engineering Technical Regulations" JGJ133-2001 stipulates: When making components, single-layer aluminum plates should be connected by four-ring flanges. The flanging of the aluminum veneer not only serves as a connection, but also forms a reinforcing rib on the circumference of the aluminum veneer, which strengthens the prevention of panel deformation. The following briefly analyzes some factors that should be considered in the folding design of aluminum veneer.
3.1 Folding size
There are two kinds of angle codes, one is the countersunk angle code, and the other is the head angle code.
The first thing to note is that these two corner codes cannot be mixed, only one can be installed. Secondly, during the installation process, we must pay attention to the design drawings and requirements, the bending height of the aluminum plate, and the thickness of the installation angle. This is very important to note. Thirdly, there are certain technical requirements for the installation of the corner code. It is installed with core nails and cannot be skewed, twisted, cracked, loosened, leaked, etc. Secondly, the corner codes should be staggered when installing, otherwise the aluminum veneer will not be installed. Afterwards, it should be noted that the installation error of the angle code should not be too large, and the tolerance range should be ±0.5mm.
High-quality aluminum veneer has two elements, one is high precision and small error. Second, the decorative effect of the exterior is sufficiently prominent.
High precision and good decoration effect, these two aspects put forward higher technical requirements for curtain wall aluminum veneer manufacturers. If you can't reach these two, don't worry. The minimum folding value should consider the size of the clamping device of the bending machine. If the folding device is too small, the clamping device cannot fix the aluminum veneer to complete the bending. It is stipulated that the minimum folding value during turning is 9.5mm, and the plate thickness is 9.5mm. That is, the minimum folded size of 3mm aluminum plate is 9.5+3=12.5mm. The maximum size of the flange should comply with the supply contract signed with the aluminum sheet supplier. Generally speaking, the folded size of aluminum veneer in a certain area belongs to the range of free production by the supplier, and is not included in the cost. Greater than this value will be treated as a panel rather than a hemmed. The free value of ordinary curling of 23mm or 25mm.
